Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once installation has been completed. However, our friendly technical team will be able to assist you to troubleshoot your problems.

Your 2 years warranty is automatically activated on the date of purchase. Do note that for any repairs of parts, the original receipt will be required to be produced as a proof of purchase.
